God yes. If there is one. It will be based on Fallout 3 and not the originals and it will become some kind of bastard previiously unknown to the world.

I hope the gameplay is at least a little like Dynasty Warriors.

No, it will be great, because FO3 will suck, the value of the franchise will plummet, and ZeniMax will offload the rights for cheap to Troika. Happy Day!

As far as I know Tim Cain still works for Troika, one of three employees. Someone more industry savvy could probably fill in on what he has been up to.

We got rid of all that confusing 'plot' things.
We as a company found it got in the way of what players really want.

I can see it now. Think of Fallout 3 as Morrowind and Fallout 4 as Oblivion. People are gonna be like "Is that stupid skill where you throw grenades using a skill mean anything? It's just an a major annoyance. Why not just use the Y button on my next-gen controller to toss a grenade like I do in Halo?"
