Good going only replying to one part of the post, haris, and not even reading what I actually said for it.
That one guy in that thread looks to be pretty quickly mocked and ridiculed to me.
As for those numbers, looks like you have about 20,000 downloads spread over five websites, over 24 months. MIB's megamod has 2000 downloads from one site, in 3 months. And that's just a mod-pack, not a total conversion mod that has one guy dedicated to posting about it everywhere. Colour me unimpressed, haris, very unimpressed.
What are you trying to say, anyway, haris? That your guerilla campaign to spread word of your shitty mod works? To spread it, no doubt. That people like it? A handful of idiots, sure.
Quick question; if a real, non-sucking total conversion mod is ever released, do you really think it won't wipe out your laughable piece of shit? |

Thats like saying if a friendly fallout webpage with more fallout content than nma would be made would it wipe out nma and dac? To start with we all know its never going to happen and no it would not wipe it out.

Wasteland Merc sucks - I've tested it, was outraged and uninstalled it very soon.
It's ridiculous to insist on the contention, that Wasteland Merc has any fan base.
Obviously Haris has mixed up fans with victims. |

I mean, it's so MASSIVELY popular, that one of them has to go to a fallout site. It only makes sense, they're fallout fans and NMA and DaC are the two biggest Fallout sites. So why is Haris the ONLY one who defends it? |

Not really. It's an interesting question, if old fashioned fanboyism still has a future.
Apparently such things will work in other ways nowadays. The fan's binding to a game isn't a binding to a series no more - and the game industry is heading for short and easy consumable "play and forget" games. The franchises are abused to enlarge the audience only, and the fan communities are abused for covering.

Cause regular people have better things to do than argue in threads with assholes. Pretty much same reazon why you dont see alot of people coming here defending world of warcraft, oblivion and all those game some of you hate.
