The four foot lockers of Broken Hills?

Post by Demon-X »

Anyone ever seen those four foot lockers behind the general store in broken hills?

At first I thought they were just part of liz's secret weapons stash, but theres no way to get to them. :?

Any ideas as to what there for

Explaining it is a real bitch, so instead i'll direct your attention to Slamäk's site... Which appears to be down at the moment? I believe this is the adress, though i'm not entirely sure.

This one has been done before, IIRC. But not by me, so I'm going from memory of a V13 post from half a year ago, or something like that. So beware! I may be talking ass.

I think that if you go to the end of the fence at the bottom of the map, where there's an exit grid, you can get through. You stand on the edge of the map, and click on the other side and you can get across.

But you might have to go into combat mode so as not to activate the exit grid when/if you step on it.

This also might create some problems with your NPC followers, so you might want to ask them to wait somewhere whilst you go through.

And I'm not even sure that they contain much good stuff.

But what do I know!

In the FO2 forum at NMA you can find a link to Per's FO2 guide. Or you just use this link :-)

It's very good, and should contain what you need to know.

That trick doesn't work to me. I got to the lockers by going to the bottom left corner of the map and running around all buildings counterclockwise (just click on a location and the character will run to that location even if the route is not visible). Eventually you'll arrive to the spot where the lockers are. It took a while to figure it out myself :P

So, what do those lockers contain?

Bozars, Elvis Pictures, Kangaroo Gonads?

They're actually the containers used for (some of) the various shop-keepers on the map. I say some because Vicky's is actually on the table...

Actually, there isn't really any grea loot in them. Mostly drugs and ammo.

I've been there. Nothing special - only satisfaction.
