I know this is kinda petty and stupid, but I do hope someone else has noticed this... 30.06 is the same ammunition as 7.62. I was looking at getting an M-1 and have had an ak-47 (clone-sks) and they fire the same bullets. I'm sure this has been posted before... but it's always bugged me, and I havn't seen it mentioned.
