That's because he has 2 accounts. A valid reason to ban him.

Yes, Larrifin agrees.

www.firequest.com as featured on PoE, has some of the most awesome custom shotgun loads I've ever seen.

Particularly the Flash Thunder and 12ga Flamethrower loads.

Only thing is, this flamethrower load, while the description makes it sound cool as hell, also makes me reluctant to ever want to fire one, unless it was out of a shotgun I really don't care about.

The 12 Ga. "Flame Thrower" round as pictured produces an enormous wall of fire for 250+ feet. The incendiary metal compound contained inside burns when fired at over 4000 degrees fahrenheit, showering your target in a momentary wall of flame. WARNING! Extreme fire hazard. Do not shoot in any dry grass foliage, trees, or near flammable materials. Don’t shoot indoors. Use extreme caution. 23/4 round (Can’t be shipped to California, Florida, Iowa, or New York City addresses.) NOTE: This round is considered to contain hazardous material (HAZMAT) requiring special shipping and handling charge. Please click here for more details.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't this corrode the ever-living shit out of your bore? Much less cause some kind of serious warping if you had a 4000 degree mass of incendiary hurtling through it more than.... oh, ONCE?

I wonder if the ignition of the incendiary is timed to ignite out of the barrel like most tracers, because otherwise I'd say you'd get your shit fucked up in no time firing something like that. 4000 degrees is plenty hot enough to compromise a bore I'd imagine.

Still, if I ever feel like smuggling some across the border, I would be interested in giving them a try.

If I were told 10 years ago how many guns and of what kind I would own today, I would probably laugh in their face.

Tried the new Taurus 24/7 Pro pistol. Trigger pull is much easier than that of Keltec P11, but just as long. Not my choice for a self-defense pistol.

I really want a taurus tracker in .17hmr like a mo'fugga.

The grip when I felt it was a bit large though, and spongy... if I could find a nice hogue rubber grip to replace it, it'd be awesome.

And guns aren't really necessities, and I really question the sanity of anyone who isn't male aged 10 and up that doesn't want a firearm or who doesn't find them ineffably cool.

They shoot projectiles, they make loud noises. They're awesome.

Since as we all know it's illegal in Canaduh to own a firearm for self defence, gun ownership can't necessarily be attributed to that, or entirely to hunting.

Mostly it's just shooting enthusiasts who find other methods of putting their firearms to use shooting things like: paper targets, gophers, beer bottles, old televisions... I mean come on. There's plenty of fun to be had.

I actually find my Taurus Tracker to be quite comfortable. Ofcourse, mine is in .45 LC, but the .17 looks fun for target shooting. Regardless, Taurus guns are pretty well made, though Colt, Ruger, and S&W supposibily make their guns more durable for high load ammunitions...but I really doubt you'll be using those ultra high grain rounds in a .17hmr.

.17hmr is a relatively new rimfire cartridge , there's not much variety in the bullet types compare to other common handgun cartridges. :-)
