Anyone figure out how to do the quest from the Rawhide Saloon at NCR? I tried it once and had all the cops jump my ***! 8O

Kill the hubbologist? Assasinate him. Usually done with explosives, or super-stimpacks...

I was wondering if there was another way than shooting, and using super stimpaks. :roll:
