For those of you who don't know: to access the avatar gallery, go into your profile, scroll down to the avatar settings, and click "Show Gallery." |

It's an image from the secret location in Fallout. When you're in the Hub, go to Oldtown. Search all the wrecked out homes (NOT the arms dealer, drug dealer, or place where the Brotherhood Initiate is being held). In one of them, you'll find a footlocker on the ground. If you examine it, you'll see that it can be moved aside. Do so and a small passage to an underground cave is revealed. If you drop into it, there's a secret room where all the models and talking heads that were cut from Fallout are sitting around. One of the talking heads is that stripped down power armor head. |
