"I just remembered what Realm of Strife is. Mahanaxar the "Spoony" Bard came by to enjoy roleplay & storytelling here. He posted a bunch of pics of himself & was overall such an exuberant guy that he was quickly torn to shreds by DaC. The man left with Radiotuer, Reaper, Kash & a few others. Pyro followed & posted some scat (nasty) on their site etc."

Which could very easily mean that DaC stuff was exported to there.

No one is disagreeing with you about lack of originality, but chances are that lack is caused by random chance or people imitating pop culture, instead of DaCers finding someone they incessantly made fun of to be ultra-cool.

Personally, I think elimination would be preferable to emulation, as we would then set the standard(s) for Internet coolness et al. We could lead by example, rather than exist as pretenders. As an additional bonus, expunging and subverting a threat or rival is usually much less effort intensive than e-espionage, infiltration and other shenanigans.

However, even less effort intensive is option 3 (five) ! And that attractive option is : do nothing. Yes, I do realise it may sound rather daft, but I believe, given the gravity of this situation it is the best course of action for our community. Oh yes. After all, 'tis what we usually do, and we're still here, aren't we ?
