The newsreel on the TV in FO1's intro movie

does anyone know what the announcer dude in the newsreel is saying? you can kinda catch bits and pieces of it over the music, so i'm pretty sure it's not just gibberish.

the images are enough to convey what's going on, of course, but i just think it'd be neat to know what's actually being said.

so, does anybody know? and if not, does anybody have the resources or connections to find out?
