I am trying to get the turrets on my side for the last battle. I can never get the terminal in the last room to work. My Science is at 111%. I have tried it with my party and without. I am almost there...

Have you used the presidental keycard? And the program is called counter insurgency, make sure you sneak past Frank.

I am assuming you are talking about the room with Frankie in it as being the onw with the terminal.

They keycard says

Oh, I think if you use the reformat or whatever option it'll break the option to enable the turrets... Probably not break them, but more likely make them impossibel to turn against Frank...

what kind of character are you using? i firearms char can usually take on frankie boy one on one (but not on rough combat), and a diplomatic character with cassidy and skynet plus a few of those enclave boys can slice mim to bits as easy as shit! please dont tell me that you are using a science or sneak character.....

boy, don't bag neak chars... they rock...
and you have to "talk" to the computer, then say you have presidential accesss, then it allows you to activate the turrets...

I think that what I did was log in a Private Smith (something like that, it's on the dialogue list), then choose to go back, and you get the Presidential Access options. They only work if you have the Presidential keycard tho'.

terminal will lock up if you'll choose presidental option w/out having his pass - you'll not be able to use the terminal in the future.

OK found da answer

...and I am a bit surpirsed that no one told me this earlier...

you need at least an intelligence of 6 to operate the terminal w/o seeing stupid windows tricks...

I got to next level of perks and used "Gain Intelligence" instaed of "here and Now" (that I used to up my Science skill)

I don't think many people use low intelligence chars (even if they are damn funny)

Nah. It may be possible to beat the game with one, although it would be very hard as you would be, what, level 12 by the end due to the lack of available quests. It is hilarious though, so I guess it is worth it.
