Is there a FOT item editor(not on the patch)????

What do you want to do that you can't do with the regular editor?

He can't get the v1.27 patch to install, so those editors aren't available to him.

Cannon, get Dr. Win95's BoSEE program. You can dl it from the Files section on this site. This will allow you to do everything you need to do w/the item editor, and a few things more since it's not limited by the roll-out menus of the FoT Item Editor.
