Color Editor for MP custome Char need help

I have the Editor Color to customise the Armour,Hair and Skin of the custome character to play on line, this color editor is from the the IEF clan, now according with the instruccions, before I edit my character color, I have to use the defualt color white, and after that just use the color editor to my desire colors, but when I do that, when apperanly I use the program to change my character colors and I go to play MP, I can find my the character that I edited with the program, it delete my character,no picture,strg,ch,agil,en, ect to zero, what could it be ?, I have windows xp that might be the problem ?, can someone give a answer or tell me how to use that program correctly ?
