Moore's run on Swamp Thing is about as good as it gets.

Was that the hard backs that came out in the late 80's - 90's?

Actually have to take back a bit of what I said about Batman: No Man's Land. About 3/4'ths in, it turns into a half-decent post-apoc romp that I would easily recommend. The only problem is getting to that stage without having to suffer through the first 2/4'ths of garbage and still being able to follow the story.
