So how about the new Total War game? I've been playing it for awhile and it's fairly enjoyable. It's fun to build & destroy.

Forget about crpg's. The golden days are long gone. You could fire up some old classic, though.

Alien Hominid. Mastering that game should solve your little "extra time" dillema.

Oh, I forgot to mention-- Saints Row 2 has a rival gang leader with the same voice actor as Frank Horrigan. And the dude gets toxic waste spilled on him.

Give Dark Messiah a try.. It's a 1st person liniar "rpg" with a few options between stealth, magic and combat.

The combat is pretty neat and a tad higher than brainless hacking away like Oblivion. It's on steam pretty cheap right now. As in today is the last chance (if not too late already).

The game revolves around combat though, there's no dialogue choices or bartering. The game does offer a couple of endings though.

Otherwise give SW:KOTOR a spin if you haven't already.

I've actually had some fun with the combat in The Last Remnant, surprisingly. Might be worth a go. Also replaying X-Com and running through the coop campaigns in Faces of War & Men of War. Both causes deemed worthwhile.

PS: Don't listen to Smiley.

If you're okay with using free emulators, you can go to vimm.net and they have a number of good classic rpgs like Sword of Vermillion and Shining in the Darkness (both for Genesis)

If I can fix the problems that occurred last time I added characters in, I'm considering getting back into my MUGEN. Last time I updated, I had a sweet setup going.

Barring that, there isn't a motherfucking thing to play right now.
