I can remember having 150% plasma weapons, and with the modified plasma rifle, I could get two critical head shots per round, each doing at least 400, but I remember one doing 999.... hm! Don't remeber going over 1000, though. Maybe with the Gatling gun! the plasma throwing mini-gun.... good times, gooood times........
good times, gooood times........Have faith in Fallout 3, so when it comes out, you run and scream and start an angry mob, justified that you started out peacefully.
