You give a lot of jaded old fans hope. Good luck, and don't fuck it up :drunk:
Been playing computer games for *many* years, first one I remember playing was Wizardy (1) on my new Apple ][c .. and I was already out of high school by then. *grin*

Thru the decades of gaming, and literally hundreds of computer games, 2 stand out as cream of the crop, genre defining, games that everyone should play - XCom and Fallout.

I've been patiently waiting FO3, sure hope you can start sharing some tidbits soon Emil. haha

They mostly live in North Dakota/Minnesota/Wisconsin.

Just like back home.

Except its flat and there are few trees.

Lots of marshy minilakes.

Nope, no Swedish. Emil (pronounced EH-mil) is more like an Americanized form of the Italian Emilio. I'm of Irish, Italian, and Polish descent... raised in a predominantly Irish-American community.

2Emil Pagliarulo

F1 and F2 on the gameplay are comparable to a chess... It also clings, it enables to think over the courses, instead of thoughtlessly to click with the button of the mouse grasping in a sight of the opponent! It enables tactical maneuver! And it, in my opinion, very important.

In my opinion, it would be very good, if Bethesda Softworks has listened to requests of fans and would realize in F3 step-by-step fight even in the form of an option as it has been realized in Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel - fight in real time with an active pause!

Very much it would be desirable to hope, that F3 will please us with nonlinearity of a plot, complex dialogues, excellent system of skills and reputations. Because, nonlinearity in Oblivion - an opportunity to choose the order of performance of linear quests. In it there is no opportunity of acceptance moral and, that is the extremely important, political decisions. A plot in Oblivion - a straight line, as a rail... Without insults, this not only my opinion.

I can see an exclusive interview in Polish for DAC.pl coming :evil_laugh:

BTW, 'Emil' is exactly how this name is spelled in Polish :drunk: (starting with 'e' sound as in English 'bed')

War... war never changes.

In 2007 Bethesda Softcocks screwed up Fallout 3 and the community was enraged. Riots, all over the world, swallowed cities and the rest was done by flames, raining from the burning sky abover the peoples heads. Massive hordes of fat nerds fought the last Bethesda Riot Forces back and conquered the world.

Jerkout - a post idiotic reality playing game.

Aagh. Another Irish-Italian.

I'm an Irish-Italian via my mother, Welsh via birthplace and my father >.>

Italian, my name would be Giacomo..

Mmm.. Got me thinking about nationalities now.. For all that I love the '1950s America' feel in the deserts of Cali, I can't help but wonder if Fallout will ever explore other regions.

Eastern Europe.. The U.K... Middle to East US, notably Illinois, New York and Florida.

I find myself imagining the Russian interpretation of the technology available before the war in the Fallout Universe. What would they have done with FEV? With Power Armour? What state would their society and politics have reached by that time?

Or did Russia not even exist at that point, I'm not too recently well versed in the pre-war timeline at the moment.. :?

I think that Fallout should remain in America. Europe has too many different cultures, etc that I doubt that Bethesda would be able to portray them individually enough (i.e. I bet most of them have never been to Europe). I mean, I would be pretty pissed off with misrepresentation of countries, etc, just makes it look half-assed.

Anyway, in order to [/rant], stick to what you know (American Continents).
