problem getting to mission 6 Quincy

Hi, i finished macomb then i did preoria, finished that, gone back to the wasteland, only bunkers available is the first bunker and bunker beta the one i went to for the past two missions, is there not supposed to be a new bunker? or am i supposed to go back to bunker beta again,because when i go into bunker beta as i have said in my last post it freezes. im trying to get onto the quincy mission.

Please help if you can.
