Darkfall is MMORPG, pvp oriented which means it doesnt suck. FPS style combat and lots of gore.

rofl, i guess my post did suck
Lets make another one.
ok, heres Darkfall in a nutshell for you (trusting that you clowns know what MMORPG is...?):
1.) Full Open PVP world. Meaning anyone can be killed anywhere at any time.
2.) Seige Warfare
3.) City Construction
4.) Housing
5.) Player driven trade market
6.) Interesting crafting systems
7.) FULL LOOT !!!
8.) Water Combat ** yes you read right, you can own, sail, and blow up ships ! it has even been stated that siege warfare will be conducted from ships to siege costal castles as catapults sand other siege weapons will be able to be put on your ships. F***ING EH !
9.) Mounted Combat
10.) Interesting quests such as the Necromancer dungeon where if the evil based classes control the dungeon they get extra help defending it and some loot bonuses but if the good aligned classes can take it over and hold it, it will open up further doors in the dungeon for great loot and prices.
11.) Full Physics built into the game. Spells will arc, arrows will arc, snow will fall and pile up, heads will roll on death blows when PVPing. No auto hitting crappy boring combat, acutal psyhics.
12.) FPS / 3rd person twitch based combat engine. Mages and archers will be in FPS style while melee’s will be in 3rd person style.
13.) Multiple Races
14.) SKILL BASES LEVELING SYSTEM ! where the more you use a skill the high it gets. If you liked the UO skill system this one is very similar but the game has over 500 skills (+500 spells) to choose from and learn |

I hope that means the midget psychic lady from Poltergeist is in the game somehow. She was amazing. |

In this case, I wish DaC was PvP too.
Quote: | 5.) Player driven trade market |
Who needs a market if you can kill and loot other players?
Quote: | 6.) Interesting crafting systems |
Good, as I've yet to find a crafting system that isn't time consuming, monotonous and completely useless.
No. It's ph4t l3wt!!
Quote: | 8.) Water Combat ** yes you read right, you can own, sail, and blow up ships ! it has even been stated that siege warfare will be conducted from ships to siege costal castles as catapults sand other siege weapons will be able to be put on your ships. F***ING EH ! |
I'll put on my sub commander hat right away!
Quote: | 9.) Mounted Combat |
Mounted Diplomacy for female characters as well?

You have to choose a side? FUck.

So combat is based on reflexes rather than your character. I thought this was an RPG
Quote: | 13.) Multiple Races |
Besides the usual humans, dwarves, orcs and elves there's wolfmen and dark elf cancer patients? How innovative.
Quote: | 14.) SKILL BASES LEVELING SYSTEM ! where the more you use a skill the high it gets. |
I don't know about you, but I'd rather solve a quest and get the exp instead of spending 5 hours in a forest killing bees and rabbits to get up a notch in 'slashing'.

Wow, skills like nosepicking and butterfly catching?
I'd direct you to the good folks at RPGCodex, but please stay; you're quite fun. |

Hell, sounds kind of fun. Shame someone puked bloom all over it.
EDIT: And what the hell is a DeathlessMage supposed to be? And what the hell is up with the black knights?
Black Knights are hell-spawned spirits that are bound to outsized, humanoid-shaped suits of platemail.
Well yeah, but why?
Who's idea was it to name the dino "Far Runner"? Maybe you got something going there; if it's a gnoll with a club call it "Hard Clubber" and if it's a invincible ghoul npc call it "Training dummy".
I also liked the feature lists:
# Meet hundreds of unique monsters (Hello, gnoll !), and take them on in their lairs, strongholds and domains. Repetitive monster encounters are a thing of the past.
Good job. A bit shame how all the monsters seem to look and act like shit.
# Watch trees and grass sway in the wind as sunlight peeks through passing clouds.
*Ejaculates*
# Darkfall’s terrain has been painstakingly hand-crafted by our artists, rather than conveniently auto-generated. This means non-repetitive, unpredictable, and unique locations to explore, discover and use.
Why does the description make it sound auto-generated? |

If you dont like it, dont play it (if it ever comes out), just thought i would point it out for you, thats all.
But by all means you clowns can keep your l337 club, baibai.
