MrSmileyFaceDude has <a target="_self" href="http://www.rpgcodex.com/phpBB/viewtopic ... ">debunked the rumours</a>. The poster is just a teaser, nothing more about Fallout 3 will be at E3... this year.

the poster probably pointed to some guy with cancer handing out leaflets and some bits of his skin fell off
