Something of a Role Playing emergency

Alright- I've seen a lot on google about a new Fallout tabletop/PnP game, but so far have been able to find none of the online sourcebooks available for it.
As Fallout is one of my gods, I am understandably upset at my inability to download any of these (I did find the core rules, but that's it) files. If anyone could email to me (low_father@yahoo.com) a site where an internet moron could find these things, I would appreciate it.
