To keep the current "Oh man, can the Fallout community get any more down?" trend, we've got some more sad news. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.vault13.net">Vault 13</a>, the long-running Fallout fan-site, is closing down. Says JC:

as well as being good friends with DAC from the start, have been one of
the best Fallout news sites on the internet, and we'll definitely miss
them. Best of luck guys - hopefully we'll be hearing from you soon.

What really sucks is as soon as I become a regular reader/poster on V13, the place closes up

hey, you had it easy, you didnt know the many wonders of the vault.

namely the thread of a billion posts.

and not to mention, the ard work people put into it. know how many posts i had? 1070 or so. how many di you have?

i doubt its worth much.
im the survivor of 3 fallen forums. The Illumnati, the Old DaC and Vault 13. i just hope the same fate doesnt befall this place.
