If you hit one of the desired ratios, you'll get a pm asking you to fill out a test, after which you may be stationed at a forum.

PS. Nicolai, Soldier is asking a question, not suggesting that he or someone else be made a mod. So GD is a perfectly appropriate place for this topic.

Some other ways with faster results .
Sent $$$$ to the admins.
Sleep with them if you are a beatiful member of the opposite sex.
Tell your uncle Vini (if you have one ) their adress.

I really cannot think of other ways.

Um... In my experience, you don't really ask for a position, you get appointed.

Most of the mods and admins have contributed alot to the Fallout fan community, in some form or another. So basically, start pumping out brilliant fan fics, (Although nothing beats Dongo Weener.) really good FO:T maps or possibly kill teh Chuck.
