Is this the first time someone has expressed hatred towards the Fallout community?
Nah, it's good for a laugh though.
I need a few good laughs after this past week.

The game, Metro 2033, sounds more 'fallout' than fallout 3 does to me....at least when you read the August 17, 2006 preview. If they can pull all of this off, I'm definitely getting this game.... It might at first look like a STALKER clone, but this game, Metro 2033, apparently also has the charact...

I found out today that another FPP RPG almost exactly like the one Bethesda is making is comming out. The difference is that this one takes place in Eastern Europe, and Russia. Here's the linkage: http://ps3.ign.com/objects/849/849116.html It's comming out for the PS3 and the PC. isn't it the thing...

Well, it looks like the site is not updated much.
I hope to see that bit changed soon.

Is setting the apocalypse in Russia some sort of new trend? It's made after a book that a Russian penned. all based on a story by Russian author Dmitriy Glukhovskiy. From what I heard, it's slated to come out near the same time as Bethesda's game. :giggle: Should be funny to see the two fight over ...

NMA agents totally infiltrated Beth headquarters to steal top secret info from magazines that can easily be bought off stores. They will get sued for sure Nah, but something else did happen: http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?s=&showtopic=682154&view=findpost&p=10274514 NMA rem...

You mean the Fatman?
So far Afterfall looks like a lot better promise than Fallout 3, a pity really.

I did not go for the eyes that often in Fallout 1/2 combat.
Going for the legs was better, and made sure they did not run away.

Ok. The combat sounds a bit of a mess. But I think now, we gotta drop that shit and pressure them on the quests and roleplaying now. I'd rather play a game with shitty combat but awesome dialogue and quests (PS:T) rather than a game with great combat but not much else (ToEE). I think PS:T is a bit ...

the characther creation sounds like an even more gayed up of the way morrowind started. Odds are itll be some gay intro sequence you wont be allowed to skip too. I agree, especially the being born bit. My only hope for that part is that if Neeson's character ends up having to look something like wh...

I still wonder what skills got the axe. Still, things could have gone better. :? The combat, unless this quote is wrong, still sounds a bit RT to me. Battle system still uses action points, but once you've used them up you'll still be able to fight targets in real time while they charge back up. Som...

I read that.
A lot of talk about Superman and Batman. O.o
At times seems like an old man rambling on and on.
Oh, I hope he does not equate FO3 with Superman returns.
The plot in that was about as silly as you could get.
And the 'soul of Fallout?' :?
Still working that one over.

I can see it now. Think of Fallout 3 as Morrowind and Fallout 4 as Oblivion. People are gonna be like "Is that stupid skill where you throw grenades using a skill mean anything? It's just an a major annoyance. Why not just use the Y button on my next-gen controller to toss a grenade like I do ...

Fallout 4 press release:
We got rid of all that confusing 'plot' things.
We as a company found it got in the way of what players really want.
Killing things, over and over again! :chainsaw:
Was that over the top? I can never tell

Not sure about either. I just stole that thing. I have not done the 'kill the NCR guy' lead. I did once get bored, and break Salvatore's arms, legs and such, then gave him a bunch of stims. He would hobble away, and I would beat on him again. Ahhhh, good times. There was one of the crime bosses you ...

Not to mention fun.
I thought stealing Salvatore's oxygen was really funny.
The way people in New Reno described them made them sound unbeatable though.

I never said there is no way to make your own landmines. I just say, that 1 or 2 plasma rifles in the entire game would be enough. Maybe a bunch for the Brotherhood but you get the point. I mean... comeone... do you remember the feeling you had as you got your Turbo Plasma Rifle in Fallout 1? It wa...
