my server is fallout tactics universal

Ok I'm on your server, fallout tactics universal, but how do I play? All I see is a list of names, and IP addresses.

I recetly got back into fallout and I use Gamespy for multiplayer purposes but others have mentioned something aout Himachi something... I just want to play multiplayer like people used to. So what I'm saying is tell me what I need to do to play multiplayer with a lot of people that still play this ...
