Hmmm.... I would say that getting the Gatling gun, blowing the raiders away with a minigun in F1, and the overseer being a complete douche in the end were my main memories of Fallout 1.

I can remember having 150% plasma weapons, and with the modified plasma rifle, I could get two critical head shots per round, each doing at least 400, but I remember one doing 999.... hm!
