97 of the almost-1000 were atmospheric tests, correct? I don't see 800 craters, I see a number closer to 97, leading me to believe the marks we see there are all surface craters from blasts aboveground? I'm not 100% about that much sheer area forming a thick glass-like crust, though it's a fine theo...

Nice work finding that.. Interesting. Has anyone noticed the apparent 'cracking' in the ground in many of the craters? That's something I've not heard of before. It looks like the ground has shattered like glass.

Sounds good to me. I did tire of having to carry a spiked knuckle/baton everywhere in Fo2 for the situations where I didn't want to kill everyone. Crotch punching to unconciousness extravoganza! :o I cannot wait for the age of RPG's with true reactions. Where a bruised battered thug who picked a fig...

I downloaded the video two nights ago... It does unfortunately seem to be another of that mysterious kind of video that crashes my PC upon simply touching it, whatever program I run it through.

... Irritating.

*grins* I wouldn't call it bad news.. Event Horizon was a masterpiece, out of the league of AvP and Resident Evil... But both were still watchable. Forget that RE has any connection to the games or story, and enjoy a big, sci-fi-ish zombie shoot-'em-up. AvP I wastched for the first time last week......

You could do that in UO? Impressive... I thought Neocron was the only game to date with such free combat. Then again, the paranoid anti-pvp measures in all current MMORPG's must have been born somewhere... I guess UO must be to blame for making them all as pathetic as they are. I'm waiting for Twili...

What 'they' realise is that the market is drowning in low quality tread-mill style fantasy MMO's... This is something different.

Skynet already had the technology for it's advanced units, because they are visible in the backgrounds of the military base, in the laboratories... But T-850 endoskeletons could well remain the most viable mass combat units, being far easier and faster to build, as well as their psychological warfar...

MMORPG's are great on paper... it's just when you get a lazy team and a 'pay-to-play' (rather than send in an application to prove you have a brain behind your eyes) that they become the abomination they are. Neocron remains the best... it's the only one with such a degree of free combat that you ca...
