If you have Fallout Tactics, just find the pipboy sprite. Use the spr2gif program on the sprite to dowload all of the animations to a gif file. Then use a gif animation program to piece the specific ones back together. There are various other ones to be made with all of the assorted weapons/actions...

oh yeah, i remember. they need to be treated with gauss rifles. i think those Warhammer 40k looking aliens were guarding some loot...
