Do sb. know what are these extra/bonus stats showed as "Bonuses to primary stats" in fallout's wikia PRO file format page?
For example HP stat. There is "Base value" and "Bonus to primary stat" HP. What it is used for?

Do sb. know is there any possibility to change maximum hit chance (when aiming) from standard 95% to for eg. 99%?
Mayby by modifing fallot2.exe in hexed or sth. similar trikc?
