Why is it that none of these "classic weapons packs" NEVER include a MP9 10mm sub-machine gun or a Colt 6520 (or something like that) 10mm pistol?

There actually is surgery for that though. I actually had to get it myself. It's kinda cool, they move around muscles from one part of your eye to other parts. They don't even need to cut anything.

Of course putting the person out of their misery works too.
