Had the same problem, Killap's Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch (US/UK - installer) is a patch on NMA that should fix the issue.

Is there any way to change the resolution for Fallout 2 to fit a newer computer, so the game is not blown up and pixilated?

Ya, I set out in the begining of the game with edited in items but now I need some new stuff in the middle of the game. Plus I would like to change my squade mates armor colors. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if it is possible to edit a save game and save character using the Fallout Tactics game editor; items, color ect.
