With the release of the Fallout 3 DLC, PC and Xbox players will be able to continue playing and exploring after the completion of the main quest. PS3 players? Not a chance. From MTV Multiplayer:

We got in touch with “Fallout 3″ executive producer Todd Howard for an answer. So, is post-ending adventuring something Bethesda is considering for PS3 players?

“Not at this time, no,” said Howard.

Seems like they cheated the entire Playstation community out of their money for an unfinished product that they are unwilling to fix. It's like if you go buy a car, but the dealer doesn't include a battery or doors. When you ask for them, he says "Go screw yourself."
