I missed the first article, but there's still time to get tickets if you're interested - Matt Grandstaff of Bethesda Softworks put out this bit of information in mid-July - We just put out a press release announcing ‘A Post-Apocalyptic Film Festival Presented by Fallout 3′ that we’ve put together in conjunction with The American Cinematheque and Geek Monthly. The festival is a two-day event taking place at the Aero Theatre in Los Angeles, and will feature the following post-apocalyptic favorites: Friday, August 22nd (beginning at 7PM Pacific Time) Saturday, August 23rd (beginning again at 7PM PT) If you’re in the area and dig the genre, you’ll want to check it out. Tickets will be available on Fandango.com beginning July 25.
Now it seems that there's a recent update regarding the Film Festival: Happy Friday to everyone! Here’s some of the latest Fallout 3 news. A few weeks back, we let you know about ‘A Post-Apocalyptic Film Festival Presented by Fallout 3′ that’s taking place in LA on August 22 and 23. Since folks have asked about ordering tickets, I thought I’d point out that tickets for the festival can be purchased on Fandango. Click here for Friday’s showings, and here for Saturday.
