I don't normally post up rumours that some guy heard from someone else whose girlfriend got from her hairdresser's cousin, but this particular rumour I've heard independantly from multiple people. Bear in mind it is a rumour, but I'd say it's a fairly reliable one, and it's now leaking onto message boards (see VDweller's post at NMA) so I figured I'd post it up.
What I've heard is what we all know was bound to happen anyway - that Bethesda have locked some of Fallout 3's features, namely, its combat (that won't be turnbased) and its viewpoint (that isn't isometric). Like I said, the stuff we knew was coming, but still kind of sucks.
