More info on Game: Auto Assault

The latest Auto Assault newsletter has arrived, covering some of the stuff we've already posted, and some new information as well.

Greetings from the Central Wastelands!

The Changed have arrived! GameSpot has posted the third and final Auto Assault player race profile, The Mutants, and you can read all about them at http://www.gamespot.com/pc/rpg/autoassault/preview_6122704.html and download the accompanying video from our Downloads section here: http://www.autoassault.com/downloads/movies.html#mutant.

We have two new class profiles up on the www.autoassault.com website this week, featuring the Human Lieutenant and Mutant Champion class. Our “Spring-Loaded Action” month of weekly weapons wallpapers continues with the Hydrochloric Laser (http://www.autoassault.com/downloads/wallpaper.html), and we also have a new poll up in the forums regarding PvP play (http://boards.autoassault.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=gendisc&Number=12931).

The May 2005 issue of Computer Gaming World hit stands recently, featuring a nice two-page preview of Auto Assault on pages 64-65. IGN’s RPG Vault (http://rpgvault.ign.com/articles/604/604552p1.html) recently interviewed Scott “Scorch” Brown about AA’s RPG layer, and IanStorm (http://www.ianstorm.com/articles/view.aspx?id=11299) talked to community coordinator Valerie “Pann” Massey about the game in general.

Remember that registration for the Auto Assault beta test is still underway at http://www.plaync.com/aa_beta.html. Be the first person on your street to play the fastest, most explosive MMO ever!

--- The Auto Assault Team

Anyone signed up for the beta? There's a small chance the game may be good.
