Those of you looking to plan out your character build a few days in advance of the release of Fallout: New Vegas can look no further than our newly launched subsite. There, you'll find a list of the game's attributes, skills, perks, and traits. We won't have a chance to add the storyline-specific perks or our personal ratings to each perk until we've clocked in several dozen hours with the game, though, but hopefully you won't have to wait much longer for those.
